Following the 5 Easy Steps we have created, will give you a much clearer picture of location, property and prices in Bulgaria to help decide on your purchase.
STEP 1: CRITERIA
Consider the following questions:
- What is your reason for buying a property in Bulgaria?
- Investment, own usage for holidays, residency?
- Do you have a maximum budget?
- What is your timetable?
- What type of property in our portfolio are you looking for?
Having stipulated these criteria, our English speaking Customer Services staff will be pleased to use their years of collective experience in the purchase process to search out only relevant properties and answer further questions.
STEP 2: DOBRE DOSHLI (Welcome in Bulgarian)
Wherever you are buying in the World, there is no substitute for seeing locations and properties first hand and we therefore offer subsidized Inspection Visits for 4 - 5 days to Bulgaria to help you do so. You will be escorted throughout from arrival at the airport to the departure airport on your last day.

From the details in Step 1, your Sales Associate will ensure that you are only shown properties and locations to match your criteria.
You will be able to do price and size comparables and discuss your investment and its' potential earning capacity, to enable you to make a well informed decision.
STEP 3: THE PURCHASE
Having made your decision to buy, and paid a nominal holding deposit, we will help you to:
- Open Bank accounts
- Set up a limited company ( See Legal Information)
- Understand contracts through our English speaking in - house solicitors
- Arrange a mortgage facility if necessary
- Transfer money economically and efficiently
STEP 4. AFTER SALES
Before you return, our After Sales personnel will go through facilities and Services we offer:
- Choose finishes
- Furniture Packs
- White Goods
- Property Maintenance
- Rentals
- Utility connections
- Progress reports
STEP 5. DELIVERY
On completion, we check every detail in the contract against the finished property to ensure that we, as the Developer, have followed the terms agreed.
We will also go through the ‘snagging' process to ensure that minor defects can be easily rectified to your satisfaction with immediacy.
Since we have kept you up to date all along the building schedule, the delivery of the property to you is often swiftly concluded, including installation of furniture if pre-ordered.
If the property is to be rented, then an Agreement is jointly signed.
Confirm Utility Agreements and payment schedules are in place.
