There is a trend in house purchasing worldwide, whereby customers, not able to find a property exactly matching their criteria, or not giving them the ‘ wow ‘ factor, start to think about designing their own custom build property.

We are proud to be able to assist these customers with location and design, using the professional services of our own Architects and Civil Engineers.

This can be a very enjoyable process, starting with almost a blank sheet of paper, on which can be drawn the customers idea of their dream home.

This dream will be thoroughly discussed, finely tuned by our graphic designers on the computer until final agreement, on design, location, covered area, fixtures and fittings and price are achieved.

We estimate a 12 month period of build, from final agreement to completion and delivery.
