Facts at a Glance 
- 1999 - Best of Cyprus is established
- 2003 - Best of Bulgaria was established (in essence, Best of Cyprus' expansion abroad and first move for the international world markets)
- 2005 (August) - First Best of Bulgaria project officially promoted to the market - Kranevo Paradise (Kasioulis) Gardens I - a residential/holiday complex consisting of 116 apartments, including a restaurant, two swimming pools, pool bar, gym, secure gated entrance, well organised management and reception area.
- 2005 (December) - 40% sales achieved (of Kranevo I) ! The momentum time.
- 2006 (February) - Best of Bulgaria first Ski Project is released to the market - Beli Iskar Borovets I - a residential and holiday complex consisting of 48 apartments and an indoor heated swimming pool with a stylish restaurant.
- 2006 (May) - 50% sales achieved (of Beli Iskar Borovets I).
- 2006 (Summer) - release of Kranevo Paradise Gardens II and skeleton phase of Kranevo I took place.
- 2006 (December) - release of Balchik Golf Heights I & purchase of the plot to be called later, ‘Kranevo Jewel'
- 2007 (January) - release of Albena View Villas
- 2007 (February) - purchase of the plot to be called ‘White River Borovets II'.
- 2007 (Summer) - Kranevo Jewel architectural plans approved.
- 2008 ( May) - Opening of Kranevo 1.
