This way the hassle and expense of trying to rent out your property yourself is eliminated.

If you do not take advantage of the Guarantee, but still require Best of Bulgaria to rent out your property, our Rental department will be pleased to discuss the signing of a Rental Agreement on a commission basis with you, covering the holiday periods of the year.
