I am pleased to inform you that we have the facilities now in place to assist you in registering a company in Bulgaria. You do not have to be present in Bulgaria to register the company, since we will send you documents to sign, some of which need to be certified by the Bulgarian consulate in the Bulgarian Embassy in your country. These are: Specimen of your signature, Power of Attorney for the bank in order to open a bank account in the name of your company, and a Power of Attorney for signing the documents necessary for the Bulstat Register. After the documents have been signed and certified, they have to be returned to us by post.

The other documents that have to be deposited at the Court are: a Certificate for registering the company name, copy of the passport of the sole owner or of the partners in the company, bank deposit slip certifying that the company capital has been deposited and a receipt for fees paid to cover the registration of the company and the promulgation of the company in the State Gazette. The period necessary for the registration of the company averages three weeks.

After the positive Court decision has been issued, an application for Bulstat registration has to be completed within a period of seven days, after which time the capital of the company can be withdrawn from the new account.
